Our Process

Step 3: We create a profile for potential carers based on your information.
We’ll then match your information so it works both ways. We want you and your care staff to be happy together during your care. We’ll discuss your needs with carers and identify the top prospects. You can tell us the type of care staff you want, so you and your care staff are on the same page.
Step 4: Choose a carer
We’ll find a care staff. After contracts are signed, our Care Management will match a shortlist of care staff to your needs. We’ll email you profiles of each care staff so you can select your favourite.
Step 5: Determine an appropriate start date.
Once you choose a care staff, we’ll set a start date.
We’ll follow up to make sure you’re pleased with your care staff, and if you have any worries, we’ll make sure to make you happy so you stay with us as long as possible. We desire satisfied customers and carers who work together to get the best results.
