Physical Disability
Support for people with disabilities is offered through a flexible and comprehensive spectrum of services provided by our organisation. These services include supported housing with care, respite care, and nursing care.
The amount of time spent giving support can range from a few hours a week to full-time support or intensive support for a short period of time to help someone reach a goal.
People over the age of 18 who have mild, moderate, or severe disabilities can get skillfully customised care and support from us. This includes the following services:
- Physical disabilities
- Autism
- Behavioural challenges
- Sensory disabilities
- Mental health needs
A structured care and support plan based on the Life Star model is used to provide care and support that is adapted to the individual’s requirements. It provides assistance in the following 10 areas:
- Your physical well-being.
- Conditions relating to mental health as well as any others
- What do you do with your time
- People you know
- Taking responsibility for one’s actions
- Feeling good
- Being secure
- Communication skills
- Basic living skills
In order for people to be able to live as independently as possible, we encourage them to build on the talents and assets they already possess.
